      Independence, lightweight lifting, overtime was nice (while it lasted)

      Cons

      Independence, constant change in prices of products, fragmented work relationships, horrible communication from top levels of company, feckless leadership in many of the leadership positions

      Great pay. Nice people and great culture.

      Cons

      Lots of driving and travel locally. 1 or 2 nights of the week you're not home.

      Company vehicle, work independently, decent pay.

      Cons

      A LOT of overtime, management preaches a healthy home life/work life balance, but are hypocrites when it comes to actually allowing you to enjoy it after a 50 work week.
