      Pros

      If you do your job and correctly you'll be left alone. Some stores are okay a few welcomed the products. Overall I liked my ASM but the DOC she couldn't be bothered to talk to me. They do pay for a few things but slightly better and safer hotels would be nice. I had my van broken into at one place.

      Cons

      Leadership and KAMs are useless you just get so much work in these. There is nearly zero help. Stuff shows up at stores you have no clue. Managers complain. A couple of people showed up on a Friday and fired me before I could finish a store. Benefits are not good. They only care about sales . I had stores begging me not to bring in some items I felt totally igronated and not appreciated I'll never purchase any product and tell everyone not to buy from your company. HR was useless when my sister died they acted like it was no big deal. Finish your route!

      Great pay. Nice people and great culture.

      Cons

      Lots of driving and travel locally. 1 or 2 nights of the week you're not home.

      Pros

      Company vehicle, work independently, decent pay.

      Cons

      A LOT of overtime, management preaches a healthy home life/work life balance, but are hypocrites when it comes to actually allowing you to enjoy it after a 50 work week.
