Pros

Work independently, company paid for all out of town expenses

Cons

Overworked! Required working less hours (51) with more stores to service. It was unrealistic to work a mon-thurs schedule as advertised. Too many stores and distance to complete route. Poor communication from the top down. Always in the dark on major changes.

Great pay. Nice people and great culture.

Cons

Lots of driving and travel locally. 1 or 2 nights of the week you're not home.

Pros

Company vehicle, work independently, decent pay.

Cons

A LOT of overtime, management preaches a healthy home life/work life balance, but are hypocrites when it comes to actually allowing you to enjoy it after a 50 work week.
