Pros

Benefits, coworkers and the customers

Cons

No longer a ethical company, they have no idea how to manage real people that work hard to take care of their family. The micromanage and threaten to write you up over petty issues and do not even try to communicate with you to resolve the issue they just threaten you with a corrective action that is one sided from a HR and a manager. They have no idea how hard it is to be on the frontlines during COVID-19 all they did was push route completion and force you to work Saturdays to finish or they would roll over you accounts to the next week and stress you out with 60 accounts to finish. Unfortunately they keep all the horrible managers and get rid of the good ones. The turn overrate is so high that the customers get bad service because they chase the good people away! Don’t work here it’s not worth loosing time away from your family and your mental well being!

Pros

Company vehicle, work independently, decent pay.

Cons

A LOT of overtime, management preaches a healthy home life/work life balance, but are hypocrites when it comes to actually allowing you to enjoy it after a 50 work week.
