      Pros

      This is a growing company, with great benefits, awesome hours and great pay. Teamwork is definitely a priority here. Lots of long term employees, great training program for the Service Reps. Management is always looking for ways to improve employee engagement, morale and the business.

      I have been employed here for a very long time and have no cons to report.

      Great pay. Nice people and great culture.

      Cons

      Lots of driving and travel locally. 1 or 2 nights of the week you're not home.

      Pros

      Company vehicle, work independently, decent pay.

      Cons

      A LOT of overtime, management preaches a healthy home life/work life balance, but are hypocrites when it comes to actually allowing you to enjoy it after a 50 work week.
