      Pros

      We are growing like crazy and reward people who work hard. We also have an environment where new ideas are welcome and appreciated.

      Cons

      If you don't like change you won't like it here. We are constantly looking for better ways of doing things and we expect our folks to be able to handle it. Also, our growth has been very impressive, but sometimes it seems like it takes longer than it should for the dust to settle.

      Great pay. Nice people and great culture.

      Cons

      Lots of driving and travel locally. 1 or 2 nights of the week you're not home.

      Pros

      Company vehicle, work independently, decent pay.

      Cons

      A LOT of overtime, management preaches a healthy home life/work life balance, but are hypocrites when it comes to actually allowing you to enjoy it after a 50 work week.
