Pros
The pay and bonuses for doing my job and everyone else’s was the only pro.
Cons
It’s honestly so sad how I witnessed them managing several communities in the South Carolina area and treat the residents with no respect almost as if they weren’t even human. People lived with mold, some would get really sick and all they could offer me to let the residents know was they could move to a newer unit with increased rent. But even in those apartments, they advised maintenance to paint and caulk over mold to save money on their ends. It’s the lack of morale compass for me. Being money hungry in this industry is played out.
