Pros
If you like working as part of a team and collaborating closely with others, SHP is a great place to work. The work is complex and challenging, but everyone helps each other out and cares about the success of their workmates. The company takes care of it's employees and goes out of it's way to provide perks and benefits to make the workday more enjoyable.
Cons
It's always busy, and the work can be very complex. The learning curve is pretty steep when you start out since most new employees come from outside of the healthcare industry.
