      Nice events and projects, client looks good on resume

      Cons

      Disorganized, little chance for promotion if you are not in New York office, benefits suck, field managers get no perks or recognition while other teams get trips to France, slow or no information to field staff

      Pros

      Big recognizable brands that typically sell themselves, great work experience starting out, and high profile events that can be fun. Good stepping stone job.

      Cons

      Minimal upward mobility, can be a dead end job. Current upper management can be very petty, immature, and play favorites. Girls are exploited for their looks to sell brands.
