      - Work starts late (9.30am) - New Laptop - Good office location

      Cons

      - Colleagues who are unsure about what they need to do and will throw you under the bus (unclear job responsibilities) - Can succeed if you boot-lick enough or if you are friends with the higher management - Unprofessional workplace and non-encouraging work relationships - Start-up with no actual directions - Unreasonable deadlines - No training provided

      - gives opportunities to foreign workers and treats them well - you can achieve career growth while working here because you will be exposed with various challenges which are coming from the different client requests - you will learn from your colleagues as they are all smart - company is growing and heading towards a great direction - boss is actually a great person, never had any issues
