This business model results in a very stable almost recession proof company which has continued to grow and remain profitable year over year. The company provides competitive pay and benefits along with a pleasant work environment.
Cons
The work is fast paced and requires multitasking on an almost daily basis which can be stressful if you're not accustomed to this. Long work hours are often required.
