Pros

I’ve loved working at Strategic since the moment I joined in 2022. I first discovered the company on Indeed and took a deep dive into their Facebook page. It instantly gave me "family-feel" vibes , close-knit, warm, and even dog-friendly (which had me sold right away). At first, I was a little nervous because everyone seemed "too" friendly, but after being here for over 3 years, I can confirm it’s genuine. Strategic is filled with genuinely kind, driven people who uplift one another in work, in faith, in health, and in life. It’s rare to find a workplace where the culture is this intentionally positive. A typical week for me is around 40–45 hours in the office (local), and while the workload stays busy, it’s manageable, especially because help is always just a question away. Collaboration is part of the DNA here. What’s kept me growing is the constant opportunity to learn. I’ve developed new skills in contracts, negotiations, and overall strategic thinking and I’ve seen firsthand what it means to get stuff done and be successful. My direct management team? Absolute lady rockstars. I’m inspired daily by powerful women leaders who lead with both strength and compassion. During my onboarding, the only question I really cared about was: “How’s the culture?” They promised it was great, and they delivered. Strategic was even recently named one of the Best Places to Work in Louisville, KY and it shows. Our workplace culture is now led by three incredible employee-led committees: Fun, Wellness, and Community Outreach. Opening this up companywide was a game changer. You can be as involved as you want whether you’re leading initiatives or just soaking in the positive energy and that kind of option is something most companies don’t offer. The hardest part of my job? Time management, but only because I proudly wear multiple hats and want to do everything well. With the right planning, it's all possible. Strategic has given me room to grow, personally and professionally. I’ve advanced in my role, expanded my skillset, and been encouraged every step of the way. Our CEO is passionate about investing in her team and truly cares about our growth, no micromanaging, just trust. Honestly, I feel incredibly blessed to have found this opportunity after moving here. Strategic was the only place I applied to and I’ve been grateful ever since. Working here has made me a better person. It’s restored my faith in people, deepened my spiritual life, and given me a shared purpose. And it’s pretty amazing to know that what we do, selling technology to places like JPS helps create safer environments for families like mine. If you’re looking for a place with heart, purpose, and a team that believes in you, Strategic is it.

Cons

Requires strong time management and adaptability those who embrace change will thrive.

Pros

Great place for those who are green in the industry

Cons

Chaos daily, micromanagement, high expectations, little pay, horrible benefits, says your family but will replace you in a heartbeat, unexperienced sales team, confusing offers, lack of proper tools. When someone is out for several months due to high risk medical concerns and the results did not turn out well. They decided to replace them and not have a role waiting for them. That tells you what sort of family oriented family business this is
