      There is very little room for growth or promotion. Your job duties are likely to change, but you are unlikely to be compensated for the change.

      The owner pushes you to your limits and beyond to force creative solutions to business problems. When you're on the good side of management, things are bright and futures are unlimited

      Cons

      Unrealistic deadlines. Unrealistic expectations on changing impossible to change business issues. Expect you to work a minimum of 50 hours a week. Takes it as a personal assault when you request time off.
