      There is not a lot of communication. If you need something or have a question speak up and don't wait for someone to reach out.

      Training is top notch. Procedures are clear and well documented. Support is readily available. Professional. Schedule and deadlines are reasonable.

      Cons

      Not really many. Maybe occasionally a lack of consistency in work. And sometimes silly revisions required.
