Family feel, they listen to what their employees have to say and make changes when possible, have flexibility in schedule, work to ensure that you are paid market value when you may be lower, good benefits, and will look to support professional growth in many ways.
Cons
Smaller company, so you may need to work outside your comfort zone, but that has been a positive learning experience. Again, due to size, it may take a little more time to switch to a different job within the company, but they really do make an effort to do so.
