Great people, awesome atmosphere. They care about their people and clients alike. Strategex lives their fundamentals which encourages the team to work smarter, be open with each other and never be afraid to suggest new ideas or processes. Offices are beautiful, and the company has a family atmosphere where everyone is respected and an important contributor. Comp and bonus structure is typically higher than average market pays.

Many people work from home, so on certain days of the week the office is almost too quiet. Also, work load can be un-even during the year... some weeks or months are quiet and others are overloaded with projects.
