Stratagem is a small company of very talented professionals and it is growing more and more all the time. With the growth though it has remained a very personable organization that truly cares about their employees and their families. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a solid company that has high standards and makes working a pleasure each and everyday.

I can honestly say that I don't see any downsides. As the company has grown the benefits and the rewards are getting better and better all the time. It may not have all the benefits that a large company does but the ones they do have are the important ones and they keep getting better.
