      Pros

      Being able to work on enterprise projects and Stratagem did allow for some flexibility with it's offerings

      Cons

      Being a longer term contractor has it's pluses and minuses, but after a while you felt like a number and not an employee..

      There are no Pros about this company. I will a "zero" overall rating if i have a chance

      I contracted to a client in Madison WI through Stratagem. Stratagem in my vendor not my employer. I always had problem with Stratagem when it comes to payment. client that i use to work with is paying Stratagem on time for the work i am doing but Stratagem keep delaying the payments to my employer. At last we end up with payments that are due from Jan 2018 to Oct 2018 where finally client terminated their contract after I filed a complaint against them . Based on my experience, I don't recommend anyone working through this company .
