Incredible work-life balance and flexibility as StrataPT is a primarily remote company; an outstanding group of knowledgeable teammates who are always willing to lend a helping hand; the ability to take pride and ownership in your work, which is often missing in a corporate environment. I am grateful to be a part of this team and to be along for the ride as we continue to grow!

The company changed when the owners turned over management. I worked there for 7 years and did not want a management position. They hired some hillbilly with a baby talk voice as a supervisor who took it on her own to personally attack me. The little title they gave her and went to her head and she decided to make up lies about my personal life, work performance and more. I filled formal complaints with HR nothing was done. I asked to be moved to another dept away from her nothing was done. Its a joke, they allow work place harassment and do not appreciate an employee being loyal for 7 years and bringing in big $ for the company.
