      There is a lovely team of people who really try their best to give the customer the best result and help each other out

      Cons

      It is chaotic, everyone is overworked and upper management don't care about well being, feedback or employees happiness

      1. Opportunity to grow. 2. Supportive Senior Management, especially the Director 3. Always open for an honest conversation 4. Ongoing training and weekly Q&A's are the best. 5. Treats and Friday Lunch

      1. Office culture can get a bit tense at times due to the high-paced job. 2. Workload can get too much if not managed properly.
