Last minute changes mean you don't know what side of the country youll be on until 5pm the day before meaning no real work/life balance as cant make plans with that in mind. The changes are usually that the managers don't communicate till last minute rather than unavoidable last minute issues. Pay Grads more money than current engineers with 1 year and hope you don't talk about salaries to get away with it. The pay is below average and end up some months with expenses being more than monthly income.
