- Director is really supportive when learning the role and always there and happy to help - Office is in Cheltenham centre so easy to access - Big database of candidates and clients to work with - Good environment to learn - No tight kpis or overly high expectations as long as you are making money for the company you’re all good

Can’t really think of anything except not much hybrid working but I didn’t need that anyways

- Best commission structure I've ever had in 8 agencies (it is not tiered) - Not full of young w**kers - Down to earth boss unlike other rec bosses who only see time on the phone and whip you; only cared about money on the board and not going out of your way to look busy to impress

- Doesn't fulfill potential needs to expand in to new markets outside of construction as would beat other companies in different industries due to its culture / structure - Some really weird people worked there at one point
