Great place to work - Recruitment Consultant Strata Construction Consulting Employee Review

- Best commission structure I've ever had in 8 agencies (it is not tiered) - Not full of young w**kers - Down to earth boss unlike other rec bosses who only see time on the phone and whip you; only cared about money on the board and not going out of your way to look busy to impress

- Doesn't fulfill potential needs to expand in to new markets outside of construction as would beat other companies in different industries due to its culture / structure - Some really weird people worked there at one point

There was once a good leader in the team at one point but he left There was a good database of candidates and clients although needs updating The building was old but in the town centre and good for lunch breaks etc but they moved out of town

Without the team leader the MD sadly had poor man management skills and could not manage staff so consultants were left with little to motivate them and a large team left one by one so only a few left there in the end Always being pushed to work lates or longer days by MD but without realistic benefit to us as consultants
