Pros

I was working on the latest technologies. So, there was a lot to learn in the initial phase.

Cons

The work culture is horrible and the worst I have experienced in the US. The management is horrible. Although they are in the US, they operate like an Indian mom and pop shop. They enforce strict timing rules so that the employees are forced to stay in office for more than 9 hours. They mostly assign work over the weekends as well. In terms of talent they hire mediocre people from the local universities, promising them an H1b visa and a green card later. Most of their revenues come from their hiring services, where they hire talent for Cisco . They market themselves as a product company and come up with enhancements to various tools. I would advise all the young professionals to avoid joining this company as there are so many good opportunities available in the Bay Area. This company will try to squeeze the maximum out of you with the minimum pay!
