The people are the absolute best, managers are there to only help you grow professionally and within the company, they actively care about your mental health, which is why they provide moka care for all Strapiers. It doesn't feel like you have a separate life as you can have an honest casual conversation with people without looking over your shoulder. Everyone is approachable from interns all the way up to the c level, most of all everyone is appreciative of both constructive and positive feedback, in fact, they crave it as it is the most efficient way for growth.

Working asynchronously can be lonely sometimes, especially since most workers are in France when there is a french holiday it seems like the whole company is on vacation, they are working on being more diverse but for now, this is the situation.
