      Pros

      An inclusive workplace where everyone's ideas are heard, their views considered, and their input valued. A welcoming atmpshere, led by a positive and motivating leader, I've been able to continue working for the company despite having to return to Yorkshire during the pandemic and have continued to feel part of the team.

      Cons

      I can't spend more time in the office now I'm based in the north.
