      Competitive wages. Employer paid healthcare was a unique perk offered, not common for competitors.

      Cons

      Significant turnover in management and personnel. The support required from the German parent in order to grow the US branch to it's full potential was lacking.

      Pros

      Fun work with new and one of a kind equipment building. ability to see many different applications in many different locations across the globe.

      Cons

      If you work in the United states you do not receive the same support or benefits that the German employees receive. Projects in the US often are left waiting on the German branch for support and are at the mercy of their pricing. Quick decisions are made by management with very little notice.
