The Internet Marketing Analyst position serves a very important role in our day-to-day operations. It is counterintuitive for us to hire new staff members into a role where they are not happy and cannot advance with the company. Staff members in this role normally move up to a specialist role within 3-6 months and they always receive a raise on the 6 and 12 month mark.
