Only small bonuses, not based on personal performance

They have recently gone through substantial management changes, and the company is rapidly improving. The company has good benefits, and free coffee. Mostly modern CNC's, Cad/Cam, and tooling. They have Heat and AC in the shop as well as good lighting. Management is willing to spend money and invest in the company and its people. Lots of variety of work, from longer production runs of standard products to large one-off's in exotic materials. Constructive feedback is welcomed, and everyone can voice concerns or suggestions.

This is a 100yr old company is in a state of rapid change, there are a lot of growing pains.
