I started here as a part-time employee and as my circumstances changed, Strafford accommodated me by bringing me in full time and offering me a flexible, full-time position. This flexibility has made a huge difference to me over the years, especially as my family life changes as well.

Can't really think of anything . . . maybe more company parties ! We've had some good ones in past years !

I liken the company to a "diamond chip," all the qualities of a Fortune 500 company but at a manageable scale. Ready access to the two managing partners, "best of breed," heavily invested infrastructure, hands-off management style, nimble, strong market focus {Business Intelligence (Oracle-Hyperion, Essbase and SAP-BPC)}. They have a good (and flexible) benefit package, 401k, and 18 personal days the first year!. They have the ability, desire and actions to do what it takes to stay ahead of the curve. Strafford is a 20-year old successful company with well-grounded management style. By "sticking to their knitting," they have a great installed CFO-level client base, and the respect of C-level clients and vendors. They own their projects! Finally, they are growing, and seeking "the right" additional talent to help them continue scale up.

The office is not next to my house. I drive a long way to get here every day but it is well-worth the effort. Your inclination is to stay until the work is done, and do so without issue.
