Connected me to a good role with a great company (not StradIT)

Bullying and threatening behavior from the founder, resulting in toxic relations. Individual employees are kept in silos, discouraging open communication and terrible company communication all around. If an issue is raised, the founder shuts it down (rather, shuts the employee up). Employees are pressured to submit holiday family photos for company's social media with no request or consent.
