      small-town feel Tries to foster community A lot of employees have been there for years Benefits are decent for this area.

      Micromanaging Very stuck in routine, even small changes feel like an upheaval You have few vacation days and have to use some of them on specific days Training is one 30 minute meeting

      Is a easy job and you get 3 breaks for 8 hours days

      Cons

      They don’t give you more money for learning more machines don’t expect to just run one machine and no good raises
