The pay was consistently on time.

The management was very cliquey. There was never going to be any upward mobility in the company unless you sucked up to your team lead. You will be thrown under the bus if you ask to do another type of task as no one wants to teach you how to do it. From what I heard the sales team was overworked and threatened to be fired if they did not show up before their work day was officially supposed to start. They think offering Starbucks and Dunkin as morning drinks will help you to forget that you are being overworked and underpaid. Also the CEO admitted during a training day that all she wanted was a private jet and that all of her employees would be helping her to achieve that. We were her worker bees and she was our queen.
