Pros

The correct workspace to learn toxic work culture, narcissistic behaviour, deceiving both employees and clients. Remote working is a myth. They make you work way harder than a physical office will. And the mental trauma that you will get from this company, it will stay with you for your entire life.

Cons

Stupid people working through thousand whatsapp groups, having 0 knowledge about how media works. In the name of work culture, they mentally torture you, harrass you several times, and then use sarcastic, disdainful words to mock and insult employees. No work ethics. Absolute 0 professionalism. No particular working hour. Founders do not have basic manners how to talk. In the moment of crisis, nobody responses and then start blame game. Gives false hopes to the clients and when the clients get disappointed, they torture the employees so much that they give up working with them. Shady organisation. Once you get to know their real face, or can't handle the mental torture, or slightly take stand for yourself, they kick you out giving silly reasons without a proper notice. Salary is below par. Housemaids of your society gets better package than the employees working here. Have weird company rules like sitting with a camera off in a brainstorming call and asking people to help you do things for which they are hired for.

You aren’t just another cog in the wheel, you get the space to take real responsibility. Leadership is invested in mentorship and genuinely committed to both client success and employee/ organisational growth. They have a beautiful office, centrally located. Managers and Account Directors lead by example. They are always approachable, involved, and committed to helping the team grow. Here, employees are constantly learning and evolving. The team, too, is genuinely helpful and they will encourage you and will cheer you on!

Cons

Genuinely no cons! It is a wonderful work environment.
