      Low pay rates for some workers ($5-6/hr) Management does not give feedback then just suddenly remove you

      Flexible work hours Work from Home

      Cons

      1099 contracts, yet dictate certain pay and hours, whether full time or part time (illegal) No Social Security, Medicare, unemployment insurance, and workers' compensation despite making their employees work full time (Illegal) CEO always breaks promises - such as promise of bonuses Work culture is beyond toxic - If you want to feel valued or treated well, this is not the company for you. No growth within the company
