      Amazing colleagues that care for each other, which was unfortunately a necessity at Storykit

      Cons

      - Careless management with rampant nepotism - Mid-managers' primary task is gatekeeping upper management - Referring to layoffs as cutting low hanging fruit - Using threats and fear tactics to 'motivate' - Workload consists of 80% meetings and manual admin work - Impossible targets that noone met for 2 years

      Pros

      Central office, nice colleagues, good collaborations.

      Cons

      Unstable, management feels incompetent. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. The company wanted to reinforce working at the office, yet there was not enough space for everyone to be there. Too small office for the amount of people, no quiet area - feeling like you're constantly working.
