      Pros

      Lots of opportunities for promotions and to try new and different projects. Very supportive team, positive culture, and lots of flexibility, and the ability to be creative and contribute ideas.

      Cons

      It's fast-paced, and the company is always developing new products and testing new ideas. Sometimes that means projects are changed on the fly or dropped entirely.

      - engaging work - opportunities to propose and lead projects - access to senior leadership - ability to engage in ongoing learning in data analysis and visualizations - high level of autonomy and trust

      Cons

      Not a con for me - but could be for others. As a small company, you wear many hats and need to be flexible and adaptable.

      -Great company with excellent work-life balance and culture. -Work from home, travel (after covid), lots of autonomy to do what you do best. -Love the culture, management is extremely supportive and all employees are very accommodating and willing to help. -Get to work with the best and brightest from all over the globe.
