This job has set my career journey back a couple of years as it was a complete waste of time. The work culture was very unprofessional and was not good at providing suitable training. The amount of pressure put on inexperienced graduates is unethical with a fundamentally flawed business plan that is guaranteed not to be successful. I was part of a mass lay off which saw all of my team be let go and my managers at the time are also no longer with the company. We had no warning or performance plan and I doubt followed the correct due process. Please save your future and mental health and do not work for this organisation or any of the other Levin Storm brands.
