Pros

Central London office but you are forced to come in rain or fire, tube strike or not, so not sure if this is a pro.

Cons

The whole senior management team is a joke (including people ops and CEO), you are micromanaged, no freedom, the KPI's are stupidly high targets and if we were left with a bit more freedom, more would get done in the day. Weird incentives-management are inconsistent with prizes even if promised things. Most things are false promises, money, equity, days out to keep us there in the moment- the CEO is a mess. You will get fired if ANYTHING goes wrong for you, even if it isn't your fault, it is. It's made to be your fault. Everyone is terrified to get fired and they make sure you feel awful about yourself all the time. No appreciation or care at all. Constant anxiety about being let go. The Leadership team won't give you the time of day or any recognition for your work unless you're a favourite. They adore favouritism-the usual qualifications of background aswell of who this is.  People are given deals from consultants that have left then congratulated on all their hard work-laughable. No desire to upskill employees just want to fire and recycle which after reading the rest of the reviews probably isn't going to happen as why would anyone work for this hellhole. Health issue? Family issue? Goodbye. Everyone actively talks about quitting and why it is the worst place to work-they will soon be left with no one.

Pros

Great environment to learn from talented people. Amazing experience! Young people your age & a positive leadership team pushing you to learn more at all points in your career.

Cons

Specializing is important & going in the role with a certain niche would speed up billing.

Pros

Incentives were good, casual environment, decent growth trajectory and young environment (kind of a con though, everyone too playful with each other)

Cons

Everyone that works together just goes home and hang's out with one another there is no work life balance. Managers micromanage you and pick favorites. They only help the "best workers" improve and then force the rest to quit. Managers also make comments on appearance and get too involved in personal life. They make you feel like you can't take a day off and if you do take one off they ask what you're doing and want to know everything. Most of the people there have been with the company since it started and don't understand how a business should be run because they haven't experienced anything else and think they are better than everyone. I am not the only person that feels this way, people are afraid to speak up because there's no proper HR team.
