Pros
Great group of people to work for. The environment is a fast, highly motivated, be the best attitude and I couldn't ask for a better place to work. Like I stated in the title, ambition is contagious and the owner of the company wants to be the best company in the market and I admire that. I was hired quickly and my talents were put to good use. My thoughts and opinions are taken seriously here and my creativity is able to excel. Huge difference from the large corporations that I've worked for in the past. We're a small group of people working to achieve the same goal and I like that.
Cons
Drive is great, ambition is great, but we all need to recognize when the cart is going a bit too fast. Things are bit scattered right now in regards to the work flow of the company. We're waiting to get a few more people in the office to help organize and I think that will make a huge difference. I predict if I came back a month from now and gave a review that it would be the full 5 stars.
