Pros

1. I love the office, it is super spacious and comfortable to work in. 2. Everyone is friendly and there are monthly gatherings to foster positive working relationships between employees. 3. There are free monthly massage appointments offered to employees in the office. 4. There are SOME supportive managers.

Cons

1. There are not many opportunities to grow, unless you are favored by management. 2. For the sake of building a better public image, management had privately asked employees to write honest reviews on glassdoor. However, it has been suggested that employees could have been let go due to their presumptive review on glassdoor. 3. Pay is way below average and employee retention rate is extremely low. It is rare for people to stay in the company for more than 1 year because every month, there would be a number of people suddenly leaving the company without prior notice, nor an explanation given by management. This gives an impression that employees are not being valued by the company and job security is low. 4. Although Storkcraft is a family-owned business, their values to not align with their actions. They do not care about the well-being of their employees and the only thing they care about is making money. Save yourself some time and stay away from this company! 5. The company does not foster work-life balance. Often, employees are expected to work at night or on the weekends, due to the high volume of work to be done.
