My experience at Storefriendly had its learning points, but I felt there could have been more empathy and professionalism in the way feedback was communicated to new staff.
Though I felt there could have been more openness and support in understanding different career interests.
There seemed to be quick assumptions made about personality, adaptability, upbringing and career direction. What was shared was in a way that felt unnecessary and unprofessional.
Constructive guidance would have been more helpful than personal opinions, and overall it affected my confidence in the management approach.
