      Pros

      Flexible schedules, ability to work remotely, leaders in the stored value arena and decent support structure. Travel requirements are low depending upon position.

      Cons

      Considering the constant mode of being for sale, investment in systems is low, constant pressure to reduce overhead is overwhelming which recently translated to a reduction in force.

      There is not ONE that I can even think of!

      Cons

      HR is a joke and will retaliate if you file a complaint. Worse micromanagement I have ever seen. Promise to WFH, but just keep adding unobtainable goals, so that you cannot WFH. Workload for one person in an 8-hour day is just not achievable.
