Pros
You get a "Free apartment." (But that is just another thing for them to use against you) you get holidays off.
Cons
Sets unrealistic goals, then botch the #s to impress investors. They mess with time clocks so they don't have to pay over time. Management is rude, they don't do their jobs then expect you to pick up the slack. The only time they act like they care is when an investor is coming to visit. You never get all your vacation time bc there is not enough coverage. Doesn't matter how good of an employee you are it goes unappreciated. I could go on and on but I think you get it. Save your time, go elsewhere.
