      - you will have to use your own laptop - leaves structure is pathetic - cross team management is bad - very less pay as per market - very less increment

      - They value your growth. - Work from home. - People are really supportive. - Work Life balance is nice.

      Cons

      - Won't really state this as a con but we need to use personal laptop for work, for which they also do have device claims such as if we need to upgrade system RAM/ROM etc.
