the staff you meet there like the General assistants and some supervisors are lovely but you won't get time to know them because they'll either be fired for petty reasons or be bullied out of the company.

where to start 1 Management doesn't need to inform any staff member about their impotence. 2 Management likes to bully all of their employees who speak out about how things could be better done or things done wrong. 3 if you have a genuine issue management does not care they will shift responsibility and ignore you. 4. I hope you aren't scared of rodents because dead ones get left lying in traps for weeks at a time, especially in the food area. 5 you'll probably have to dodge calls from HMRC or American Express. 6 Hard work is rewarded with more hard work while management can barely get themselves to lift a finger. 7 Management will put your job on the line for no reason and then cry because it was "oh so hard for them". The shifts are awful they are open and closed ridiculously early and late. 8 management are too cheap to pay their traders and even more so on security if you work here you will most definitely have your life threatened on a near daily basis. there have even been full-on assaults. management thinks that a headset and customer service will stop a knife it seems. 9 management are terrified of each other and because of that when stores get visited they take it out on the employees. 10 Look just don't work here it is really not worth the stress and endangerment I wouldn't even shop here its just a coop but more expensive
