Stord claims to be a cool cloud supply chain company, but let's be real, it's about as exciting as watching paint dry. Their culture is so nonexistent, you might as well be working with ghosts. The pay is meh, the work-life balance is horrible, and they can't seem to attract the brightest minds in the industry. Oh, and let's not forget the lack of career progression, empathy, and female representation - it's a boys' club in there! Honestly, the only reason anyone would take a job at this company is if they're in dire straits. If you're choosing between Stord and a solid company, you'd have to be crazy to pick this dumpster fire.
