Pros

Unlimited PTO (scam) Remote work friendly

Cons

Well, well, well... If this company was a person, it would be a hot mess express! It's bleeding money faster than a vampire at a blood bank and the leadership is about as visionary as a mole in a pitch-black tunnel. The middle managers are nothing but expert butt-kissers, always appealing to the leadership ego like a bunch of overeager puppies. Stord claims to be a cool cloud supply chain company, but let's be real, it's about as exciting as watching paint dry. Their culture is so nonexistent, you might as well be working with ghosts. The pay is meh, the work-life balance is horrible, and they can't seem to attract the brightest minds in the industry. Oh, and let's not forget the lack of career progression, empathy, and female representation - it's a boys' club in there! Honestly, the only reason anyone would take a job at this company is if they're in dire straits. If you're choosing between Stord and a solid company, you'd have to be crazy to pick this dumpster fire.

Pros

Stord has an amazing set of employees within its network. Very smart, hardworking & dedicated individuals.

Cons

Pay is extremely low in comparison to other companies and the workload expected. C-suite is a boys club of who knows who. No training included in onboarding, no matter the department. There is absolutely no uniformity across the network at all. Each site runs & operates differently. Lots of leaders with absolutely no people management experience which leads to lots of finger pointing and no real resolution or plan for scaling. Stord is not built on a solid foundation but more so high school mentality of favorites.
