On your comment about "Difficulty navigating equitable arrangements with leadership", I'd love to explore that further. As the person who oversees the Sales team, I welcome ideas to do better, especially if it feels obvious to others but not to me. For what it's worth, our SDR compensation plan is one of the most aggressive in SaaS, with an average of $200 per meeting, a truly achievable monthly quota, and 2% commission on all Closed Won deals.       Pros

      Coming from a global corporation to a startup was a bit daunting at first, but StoragePug has an amazing support team and I immediately felt welcomed and valued. I thought 'great culture' was code other companies used to cover up their downfalls, but not here. It's real and it's great. I've never been around as many genuine, caring, intelligent (mentally and emotionally) people who really do share the goal of helping this place succeed. We work 7 hours days and I almost feel guilty for taking my laptop home. Work life balance is the expectation, not just a catchy phrase.

      After 6 months, I haven't been able to find any yet.
