      Pros

      Closed on Sunday's. Pay is mediocre, but it's a better mediocre then most companies will give you.

      Cons

      No staffing, which makes getting time requested off a difficulty. Mixed messages: Training manuals tell you one thing, your regional director tells you something else completely. No honesty. They want you to lie about storage units available to close sales.

      Thank you for your feedback. Since 2015, we have increased our training exponentially and updated our old systems. It’s like we’re a whole new company!

      Good 401k matching. Above average income potential.

      Cons

      Micro managing and a new, very strict attendance policy for some departments.
