Pros

StorONE takes care of their people. Pay is better than market average,.

Cons

Lots of broken or empty promises. Product has serious flaws and they are addressed by issuing untested release after untested release with very little testing, if any. Customers have gotten beta software and ended up with corrupt data and performance problems. Customer systems are not treated with security and respect - often someone is logging in remotely and gathering statistics for analysis without customer knowledge or approval. Constant restructuring and reorganization make it impossible to know who to talk to when attempting to improve processes or god forbid help customers.

Cons

Tons of last-minute pivots. Everything is an emergency that must happen at that very moment. Leadership constantly pivots on what the company is focusing on and who they want to sell to. One day it's healthcare and next week it's media companies.
